Reddam House Ballito on the rise
In three short years, it grew to 640 students from as young as one year old right through to the first Grade 12 cohort graduating this year.
Reddam House Ballito is all grown up. The school opened in January 2019 with just 200 students.
In three short years, it grew to 640 students from as young as one year old right through to the first Grade 12 cohort graduating this year.
The school has come alive this year with numerous sport and cultural activities.
Recently, Reddam House Ballito embarked on its very first sport tour to Cape Town where college football teams showed great promise against the other Reddam House schools.
The dedicated drama and dance departments are exceptionally busy with stage productions each term.
This year they produced Skyfall, Us and Them, Shine (a talent show), the Junior Primary concert Brave New World and a student-led production, Night of Eight Lovers.
This term Reddam House Ballito also hosted an ELS (early learning school) art exhibition in which students aged from two to six years exhibited their work.

Preparatory and college students also exhibited in an art auction presided over by Visual Art teacher, Meghan Pratten.
The proceeds of this auction were donated to The Sustainable Seas Trust.

Reddam House Ballito’s motto ‘We shall give back’ is very evident, as illustrated by two Grade 11 students directing their first play choosing to donate the ticket sales profit to the Enduduzweni Care Centre.
The school is committed to enhancing the arts in Ballito and hopes this event will be the first of many.
The Reddam Auditorium provided a platform for Jesse Clegg to perform in Ballito.
