Ashton’s Isabella du Plessis scores an educational trip of a lifetime

With a week of experiences from top class tutelage to salsa classes, Du Plessis returned with a host of new friends and a new worldly outlook on life.

Ashton International College Ballito matric pupil, Isabella du Plessis, recently had the opportunity of a lifetime, participating in a week-long seminar at Oxford University.

The Oxbridge Academic Programme brings pupils from grades 10 through 12 from across the world to top universities in the UK, France, Spain and America.

It gives them an opportunity to experience university life and meeting like-minded pupils from across the globe.

“I had an incredible week, one of the best of my life! I studied the international relations course while living in the historic Corpus Christs College, allowing me to be absorbed into the university lifestyle,” said Du Plessis.

With a week of experiences from top class tutelage to salsa classes, Du Plessis returned with a host of new friends and a new worldly outlook on life.

The Oxbridge programme is available through Immerse Education.
