Plenty of action at Amazing Race

Proving to be an unforgettable morning of togetherness, the Amazing Race event is set to become an annual tradition at Curro Salt Rock.

All roads led to Curro Salt Rock this past weekend, as the school hosted an Amazing Race event for their Pre-Grade R and Grade R pupils.

Decked out in their team colours and imaginative outfits, pupils, parents, friends and family gathered for an afternoon of exploration and education.

The action kicked off at the preschool, armed with maps the teams were tasked with navigating 16 stations where an interactive activity connected to the Grade R curriculum awaited.

These included fun egg races, sensory stations and even tennis for beginners.

As the finish line drew near, the true victory wasn’t just in the trophies or prizes but in the connections formed.
