CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN – PERMANENT POSITION
A well established and award-winning construction company who delivers high-quality commercial, residential and government projects across South Africa, is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, supervising construction teams and subcontractors, interpreting technical drawings, monitoring progress and productivity, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
•Minimum 5 years` experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar role.
•Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
•Proven leadership, communication and people-management skills.
•Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
•Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.
•Valid driver`s licence.
•Trade qualification or relevant certification will be an advantage.
