Are you feeling like you’re a bit over your life right now?
Do you know you need a shake up and need to do living differently but don’t know how?
These 8 game changers will put you back on top in no time.
Create a better story for your day
Have you ever woken up in the morning and just knew it was going to be a bad day?
And then what happened, no surprise, it was a bad day. What if you chose differently?
What if you made a decision the moment that negative story started and replaced it with a more positive one?
Your mind is so powerful, allow it to choose a story that’s in your favor.
Focus on right now
Thinking about the old, brings up hurts and fears. Thinking about the future creates anxiety and unsettles the self.
We hold all the power in the present moment. This power is simply in the thoughts you think, about the moment you are in.
Speak yourself through every moment, especially the moments where fear wants to step in. You are in control of your right now.
De-clutter your life
Go through your cupboards and clear out everything you are no longer wearing or using.
No more holding onto the old. So much unresolved emotion is attached to clutter. Get rid of it and set yourself free.

Sleep more
One of the simplest things to change is allowing your body enough rest time.
The best thing you could do is quieten your mind, get into bed an hour earlier and reap the rewards the next day. Create a routine and stick to it.
Feed your mind, feed your body
Have you noticed how what you are reading translates into what you are speaking? Read inspirational books and watch programs that educate and stimulate your thinking and cultivate ideas.
Feed your body nutritious and delicious foods every day.
Let go of what is out of your control
Attitudes create an energy system. A positive attitude creates an open energy system where you give and receive.
A negative energy system creates a closed system, so you give but you don’t receive.
Let go and surrender whatever cannot be changed.
Laughter really is the best medicine
Life can really weigh us down if we let it. Watch funny movies, or go out to a comedy night and let yourself go. Laughter has been known to cure all sorts of aches and pains with the blossoming of fresher perspectives.
Be thankful and bless your body
Gratitude has been proven to increase the happy hormones released in your brain and so does exercise.
Doing the two together, amplifies your results. Mentally tick off all the big and small things you are grateful for while working out.
Set your intention for your workout to be positive and uplifting and that is exactly how you will return to your day.
