Letter: Impressed by service

I want to congratulate the KwaDukuza municipal staff for the spectacular service they offered me.

I want to congratulate the KwaDukuza municipal staff for the spectacular service they offered me last Tuesday, October 9.

I’m on the lookout for land for sale and someone told me go to the town planner’s office to see what land could be a vacant. At first I was scared to go to municipal office as we all know that municipal officers are well known for their bad attitude.

When I first entered their reception (at the offices in OK Mall), the guy by the name of Zweli Zungu (if I’m not mistaken) attended me with a smile and jokes. I then explained my case and he patiently pointed me to another office.

In that office I met a lady who I told my story to. She helped me in a pleasant manner and she sent me to the town planner’s, where I met an honourable guy by the name of Slindelo Khanyile who took almost an hour helping me out.

He was patient, calm, down to earth and friendly. Well I was amazed by his service as he even insisted that I can call him anytime for further help.

This kind of service was really spectacular, so thumbs up to the staff at the OK Mall office. Keep up your good service.
