Pam Jurgens of Ballito writes: In response to Thandi Ngcobo’s letter (‘Show some respect’, November 30), I can see why you would think the woman of European descent disrespected you because you are of African descent, but that is not only reason.
Simply put, she is just rude and inconsiderate, which unfortunately applies to many people of all races all over the world.
SA is not unique in that respect.
This arrogant behaviour can be observed everywhere on a daily basis.
Not sure why it’s another matter altogether if she behaves like that to other “whites”. She is still just illmannered.
