There have been reports in the Courier in recent months questioning the efficiency of the KDM town planning department.
For some months I have been visiting the Ballito offices on a weekly basis to keep track of progress with my house plans through the system.
While progress has been slow I have, with the exception of one gentleman, been treated with nothing but courtesy and helpfulness.
In particular I would like to acknowledge the help I received from Sne G Buthelezi in planning control.
She really went the extra mile in assisting me.
