Letter: Lost then found

Owen thank you so much for finding the parcel I had all but given up on.

Joan Brink of Palm Lakes Estate writes:

After trying on numerous occasions over the last few months to find out from the Umhlali Post Office what happened to an international parcel sent to me in February, on my last visit on Friday last week about lunch time I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Siphiwe Owen Dladla, the branch manager.

He listened to my sad story of the “lost” parcel and said to me “don’t worry I will work my magic” – and work his magic he did.

At 9am the following day (Saturday) he phoned to say he had found my parcel.

Owen thank you so much for finding the parcel I had all but given up on.

To know that you took the time to trace it just shows what wonderful customer service you provide and I hope your superiors read this letter because you are an absolute star.
