Letter: Cuppa 4 CANSA a huge success

Jolanda van Romburgh

Jolanda van Romburgh of Darnall writes:

Darnall & District Women’s Institute Cuppa 4 CANSA 2019 fundraiser would like to thank all their sponsors, the little and big ones, for the following: the use of the Zinkwazi Ski-Boat Club premises to host the event.

The Zinkwazi Café for supplying the tea, coffee, milk and sugar without you there would have been no cuppa. And of course our Darnall & District WI members for supplying the lovely eats.

The Zinkwazi Ski-Boat Club for the raffle prize money they donated to us, and all the other raffle prize donations from, Ann Liversage, Tess Bell, Robyn Currie, Evelyn and Robin McDonald, Larné @ hair 101 for no less than three vouchers, and thank you to Sugar Bay for supporting us and donating one of their super picnic blankets for a raffle prize. Congratulations to the winners of the raffle prizes.

A big thank you to Sue Bamber for her help in advertising the event. To Gail Harris of ZBBRA for her help in getting our parking on the beach for free. To Cliff Hatt for taking photos of us, and to anyone I have left out my apologies.

We sincerely hope to see you again next year.
