This is a “shout out” for Khanyo Mngadi who served me at Tongaat Home Affairs on Wednesday afternoon, July 23.
From my number, 280, (I think it was) I gathered how many people she had dealt with that day. She was extremely polite, helpful and friendly and when I commented on how tired she must be, she admitted that she was. I thanked her for her wonderful service, despite this. Her reply: “You are the only person who has ever said something so kind to me.”
I hope Khanyo sees this letter – she really deserves the recognition.
