I really would like to give credit where credit is due. A big shout to Shakaskraal library and its staff.
Oh man, these guys are always up to date, giving great service to everyone with a smile. Everything in this library and the facilities are in order and clean.
It is scarce to get good service from a government outlet.
When you’re in Shakaskraal library, you feel like you’re in a private business. They always friendly and smiling at everyone. Thumbs up to Sievean Naidoo, Pam, Dian, and Hlengiwe. If I knew who their superior is, I would have sent this letter to them as well. Others can learn from them.
Thumbs up guys. You really are following the President’s slogan; ‘Thuma mina’.
