Outstanding service is appreciated

Recently I purchased a 40-inch HD TV from Game at the Junction Mall. The sale was efficiently done and I was more than satisfied, but what impressed me the most was the extraordinary interest shown by the assistant sales (technical) persons, especially Mr. Kevin Moodley.

There are still the days of after-sales service, notwithstanding the competition in the retail departmental stores, on-line shopping, and reduced personal contact because of social media, etc. etc.

Recently I purchased a 40-inch HD TV from Game at the Junction Mall. The sale was efficiently done and I was more than satisfied, but what impressed me the most was the extraordinary interest shown by the assistant sales (technical) persons, especially Mr. Kevin Moodley.

He was willing and able to come to our house after the sale and get this TV connected to the provider. It was a small matter to him, but had an enormous impact on the relationship with me as a customer. I wish that Kevin Moodley will prosper in his career, and that Game is able to continue with their service to the community.

I have no personal interests in Game or their staff. This is written only to enhance the life of Kevin as a person.
