Letter: Sort the problem!

Food is being spoiled, security systems go down, those that suffer migraines get triggered by candle and lamp light.

Lisa Fittkau of Sheffield writes:

While I understand that due to severe governmental mismanagement, we have to experience load shedding, it is unacceptable that residents in the Sheffield area are off for additional hours due to not being able to be switched back on like everybody else.

Surely by now somebody in the electrical department has figured out what the problem is as it’s being experienced at least twice a day in the very same roads.

Food is being spoiled, security systems go down, those that suffer migraines get triggered by candle and lamp light.

Appliances get damaged while the power comes on and goes off and comes on and goes off.

Please get the necessary person to have a look at the faulty areas and fix them for once and for all.
