Evergreen Estates is a residential complex situated in Salt Rock and consists of 40 units.
In 2019 it was decided to install fibre optics, as the existing copper landlines were old and unreliable.
Cables were installed to every unit and the system was available to any resident as and when required.
We decided this month to make use of the system, and contacted Jannie Brown of Intrasurf Fibre services.
He personally visited our home, and discussed the complete installation and all costs involved.
We accepted his quotation and as promised, within a few days his teams arrived and carried out the complete installation with perfection.
Jannie made sure that all was operating correctly, and even returned a few days later to set up our computers and cellular phones.
It is seldom in today’s business world that this type of service is received.
