#Opinion: What is your dream attraction on the North Coast? Residents weigh in

Music festivals, sporting events and other entertainment options that could be a hit.

The North Coast has a wide variety of entertainment options for people of all ages, but there is always room for more.

We asked our Facebook readership to suggest some new events or attractions that they would like to see happening locally.

Iain Cook – Bring a stable electricity supply back before even contemplating that…

Linda Herbst – Afrikaans music festival like Opi Kus on the South Coast.

Louise Patterson – A rock music festival with real musicians.

Tamryn Apps – Madame Zingara.

Michael Bosman – Marriott Beats music festivals at Sugar Rush used to be a great Sunday out for family. Covid killed it!

Melissa Bechard – A drive-in and also a rock climbing gym.

Trixie Struwig – A good roadhouse would be great.

Thea Van Der Merwe – A fitness/bodybuilding show. Might not be a big event but we always have to travel to Gauteng etc for them.

ZingeAfrika – Bring Zulu ninja again.

Sabrina Ferreira – A renaissance faire!

Calvin Wynne – King of the whip.
