Golfing ladies play Santa’s helpers

The local golf ladies gave generously to the North Coast Courier Orphan Fund’s Christmas toy collection last week.
The Orphan Fund supports more than 1 000 orphaned and vulnerable children through supporting the work done by local NGOs.
The golfers had their round on the green then a Christmas party at Umhlali Country Club last Thursday. Everyone brought a toy for a child and they delivered the more than 60 perfectly wrapped gifts to the Courier offices.
You can also do the same by donating new or gently used toys and non-perishable grocery items to the Orphan Fund.
