Fundraiser Debbie Nicholson said she was thrilled with the turnout and grateful for the support.
About 104 golfers flocked into Simbithi Country Club for the 18 holes 2020 Bloom golf day last Thursday.
Bloom golf day is an annual fundraiser event for Salt Rock-based Bloom Special Needs School.
Bloom aids children who have been diagnosed with medical conditions and learning difficulties such as Down Syndrome, Autism, Low IQ, Non-specified learning difficulties and children that are not coping in mainstream schools.
Fundraiser Debbie Nicholson said she was thrilled with the turnout and grateful for the support.

“The team were blown away by the generosity of our community, especially, seeing as we have been through some very trying times over the last few months.

“The Simbithi Country Club were incredible and helped us run the event without a hitch,” said Nicholson.

The day ended with an evening of entertainment by the Bloom, Kingdom Kids as well as John Ellis.
