Footy kids show off their skills while dribbling against dads
In the senior divisions the premier league, social league and corporate league finals will be held over the next 2 weeks, so feel free to pull in and watch some great football. The new leagues will be starting after that with games hosted in the early evening throughout the week.
Great fun was had this week down at Footy as we hosted another one of our Dads and Lads soccer sessions.
The kids got to show off some of the new skills they have learnt at coaching while the dads huffed and puffed their way around the court.
The final game with all the kids vs the parents is always the highlight.
Much to the delight of all his teammates our youngest member Kade opened the scoring.
The dads then managed to get a late equaliser to save face around the dinner table that night.
It really is great for the kids development to have some fun with their parents on the footy pitch, we aim to continue to host one every 2 months for all the kids in our coaching program.
