The Ballito Pro is back!
The headline act, as always, is the Ballito Pro Challenger Series (CS) event, one of six CS locations in five countries around the world.
The Ballito Pro pres. by O’Neill returns at the end of June, again promising world class surfing competition at Willard Beach.
Ballito’s biggest annual event will see two weeks of high octane action with some of the best athletes from across the globe descending on North Coast shores.
There will be various competition elements throughout, with daily surfing on show from June 27 to July 9.
This includes perfect conditions for the juniors who will kick off the event when they compete across the Ballito Pro Juniors & World Surf League JQS 1 000 from June 27 to July 1.

A return beckons for the popular iLembe Development Surf Tag Team too, alongside a new para-surfing expression session from June 27-29.
But the headline act, as always, is the Ballito Pro Challenger Series (CS) event, one of six CS locations in five countries around the world.
The first event in the series – which is the second highest level of world surfing behind the Championship Tour – is underway on the Gold Coast in Australia.
It moves to Sydney, before stopping at Ballito, Huntington Beach in California and Ericeira in Portugal before finishing in Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.

The full list of competitors will only be finalised closer to time, but you can rest assured that some big names will be out for blood in Ballito waters.
Of course there is a widespread entertainment aspect to the Pro outside of the water as well, and the two free beach concerts will take place back at Salt Rock main beach.
This aside from a host of other festival and extreme sport activities to keep the whole family entertained for the two-week period.
Keep an eye out for the Courier and Ballito Pro social pages closer to the time to find out more information as it is released.
