Karate kids fight ready for international tournament
Locals to take on competitors from 10 Commonwealth countries this weekend.
Four local karatekas have been selected to represent South Africa in the Commonwealth Karate Club Championship in Durban this weekend.
Caleb le Roux, Ruhan Lekha, Karina Moodley and Kushal Varma will fight against international competitors from 10 Commonwealth countries on Saturday and Sunday.
All four train at the Shotokan Karate International South Africa Ballito Dojo, which is based at Fit24 Ballito, under the guidance of Renshi Brando Pillay.
