Showers of silver and gold for Crawford
Crawford's action netball girls end their season on a high note.
Last month Crawford North Coast had the opportunity to end their Action Netball season on a high note, by having all of their teams play for medals in the finals.
The U14 team dominated their division by finishing top of their log and winning gold medals after beating Umhlanga College 14-5.
The U15A team ended up taking silver in their finals following a hard-fought grudge match against Fatima, which ended with a score of 25-10.
Both open teams played in the bronze finals, with the first team having beaten Amanzimtoti 25-23 and the second team securing a close 17-15 victory in their match against Northlands.
Well done to the U15B team for finishing fourth overall in their division.
Coaches, Chantal Lubbe and Jamie Ellis thanked all the Action Netball girls for their passion and dedication during the term.
“We are looking forward to a very exciting outdoor netball season,” said Lubbe.
