Sports honours to the North Coast
North Coast boys selected to represent province and country in sports.
Two North Coast boys at St Charles College in Pietermaritzburg achieved top honours on the sports arena recently when they secured hotly contested spots in teams at both provincial and national level.
Nicholas Church from Salt Rock was selected to play in the KwaZulu-Natal U21 hockey squad alongside two fellow St Charles students, Luke Barnard and Mitchell Currie.
The three boys are enthusiastic about their challenges as they gear up for some mighty clashes.
Umhlali resident Philip de Charmoy also achieved greatness recently after being selected to represent South Africa U16 in basketball.
