Umhlali Prep sisters shine at SA Biathlon Championships
Saskya is also the current SA biathlon record holder in the girls U13 category.
Umhlali Prep sisters Saskya and Sarvani Kistnasami represented KZN at the SA Biathlon Championships in Bloemfontein at the end of March.
Doing an 800m run and 100m swim, Saskya finished 5th in the girls U15 category ahead of 76 competitors. She is also the current SA biathlon record holder in the girls U13 category.
Sarvani’s competed in the U9 category, a 400m run and 50m swim, and was the youngest competitor in this year’s championships.
