Lungi up for a Metro FM award
Glendale born singer nominated for a Metro FM award.
Local songbird Lungi Naidoo has been nominated for the Metro FM award in the best R&B album category.
The nominees for the 13th Metro FM awards were announced at Summer Place in Hyde Park, Johannesburg last night. Lungi latest album “I am” is up against award winning musicians like Danny K and Vusi Nova.
This is the first round of the nomination process, with the top five in each category. The final round will have only three contenders in each category.
Lungi took to the social networks this morning asking her fans to vote for her so that she could move on to the final round.
The MetroFM Music awards will be held in Durban on February 23. To vote for Lungi SMS ‘RNB Lungi Naidoo’ to 34764.
