It is a jam-packed weekend with loads of fun and entertainment.

1. Tree63 is back!

The Christian rock group Tree63 will perform in Salt Rock at LINC church on Friday, June 12 at 7pm.

It will be part of their nationwide tour to launch their new album ‘Land’

2. Welcome Ballito to the Parkrun family

Ballito Parkrun is launching on Saturday, June 13. It is a 5km run and starts at 8am.

It takes place at Sugar Rush Park in Ballito.

The event is free, but you can register at www.parkrun.co.za and print out your barcode to scan after the run to get your official time.

Everyone runs for their own enjoyment, it is not a race!

3. Stock up at the Litchi Orchard market

Stop by the Litchi Orchard in Salt Rock on Saturday, June 13 from 9am to 2pm.

Get there early and enjoy a hot cappuccino and stock up on fresh and delicious local produce.

4. Ballito Dolphins junior rugby day

The Ballito Dolphins Rugby Club will be hosting a junior rugby tournament on Sunday, June 14 at Crawford North Coast from 10am to 4pm.

Free entry. Come and have a good time, braai and watch what the North Coast has to offer in the form of rising talent in the sport.

5. Furever Pet Rescue volleyball competition

Furever Pet Rescue’s charity beach volleyball competition is happening this Sunday, June 14 at Salmon Bay Beach in Ballito from 12pm to 2pm.

 

Although registration to take part has already closed, go and support the teams and have a great family day out on the beach.
