The Litchi Orchard’s July night market is on Friday, July 31 from 5pm to 10pm.

It’s only R20 entrance and there will be some great entertainment provided by Daniel Dos Reis and Seb Goldswain.

2. Kingsley Holgate’s expedition stories

End your day with African Expedition stories with Kingsley Holgate, raising funds for the Umhlali Preparatory Cape Town Sport Tour 2015.

It takes place this Friday, July 31 at Umhlali Preparatory School Hall at 6pm for 6.15pm.

It will cost you R90 and includes chicken curry buffet by Mo-zam-bik restaurant, however you will need to bring your own refreshments.

3. Foodies Market

The Ballito Lifestyle Centre’s Foodies Market will take place this Saturday, August 1 from 8am to 12pm.

Find the best local products like coffee, cheese, pastries, breads and sweet treats.

4. Beautiful sounds with the Durban’s Mens Choir

All Saints Catholic Church will host the Durban’s Mens Choir on Sunday, August 2.

It will start at 2.30pm to 4.30pm.

Tickets cost R70 including tea and cake.

5. Car boot sale at Sugar Rush

The Ballito Dolphins Rugby Club’s first car boot sale will be held this Sunday, August 2 starting at 9am at Sugar Rush Park.

Grab a friend and bring your unwanted items to sell and make up a boot! R100 entrance for a boot and R250 boot and trailer.
