Five things to do this weekend on the Dolphin Coast
Check out some of the things happening around the area this weekend.
1. Hear the children sing

The Rotary Club of Ballito Schools Choir Festival is on Friday, August 14 at the Umhlali Preparatory School at 6pm.
Ashton International College, Crawford Preparatory North Coast, Curro Mount Richmore, Darnall Primary School, Liv Village School, RA Padayachee Primary School, Sizani Combined School, Trinity House and Umhlali Preparatory School will be performing. Tickets cost R80 at the schools.

2. Healing Prayer

The All Souls Anglican Church will host a Healing Prayer on Saturday, August 15 from 9.30am to 10.30am.
The church is on the corner of Sheffield Beach and Salt Rock Road, every is invited to join in the meeting.
3. Praying for rain

The Shakaskraal Diwali committee is hosting a massive rain prayer gathering at the Shakaskraal Secondary School dam site on Saturday at 10am.
The community is urged to please attend this much needed rain prayer.
All are welcome and lunch will be provided.
4. A horsey affair

Oaklands will be hosting a showing show on Saturday from 9am to 3pm.
Come and see what showing is all about and how the horses and riders strut their stuff.
5. A quick 5km run

Start your weekend feeling fit and healthy and join fellow runners for the Ballito Park Run on Saturday, 8am at Sugar Rush Park.
Remember to bring your barcode along to register your times and some cash for a well deserved breakfast afterwards.
