Siggi’s German Restaurant turned into a jolly, puppy-loving, wine-flowing evening last Tuesday, to raise a penny or two for Puppy SOS.
Tickets were sold out in a flash, as over 70 Dolphin Coasters came together for an evening of raffles, auctions, wine and best of all it was in aid of puppies in distress.
The evening kicked off with the raffle competition and prizes ranged from vouchers for anything from dining to massages, to a holiday for four in Mozambique.
The auction kept everyone entertained, thanks to MC and auctioneer, Alistair Sharp.
Puppy SOS’ Kevin Taylor and David Hanson were overwhelmed by the support and thrilled to find that they had made a wonderful R21 670 from the evening.
“I could not be happier. Today alone I have had to turn away so many phone calls about puppies needing help, because we simply could not afford any more. This money will help us help so many puppies which are being neglected or abused,” said Hanson.
If you would like to donate food, money or be a foster home for puppies in need, pop a mail to puppysoskzn@gmail.com
Watch out for their next fundraiser and be sure not to miss out on the puppy-helping fun.
