Thursday, September 21
- Don’t miss Christopher Duigan as he plays an uplifting programme of classical music at Grace Hall, Ashton International School at 7pm. Tickets are R150, refreshments included. Saturday, September 23
- Builders Express Ballito will be hosting a fabulous carnival at the Ballito branch (next to the Umhlali Country Club). Contact the store at 032-9472605 for more details.
- Make your way to the Tinley Manor Market at Numz Adventure Island and enjoy a classy, artisan and craft market experience in the country. Serving great coffee, delicious food and an array of interesting items to purchase, this is definitely a place to linger. Open from 7am to 1pm.

- Tinley Manor Shree Siva Soobramaniar Temple Society will be hosting the Annual Hanuman and Purtassi Prayer at 2pm.
- Every Saturday morning Forest Hills German Shepherd Club Ballito holds dog training for all breeds at Townsend park, Ballito. Times are as follows: 8am advanced; 9.45am beginners. Contact Scott Farlam on 082 355 4636.

Monday, September 25 (public holiday)
- Pack your picnic baskets, load the fishing gear and head down to the picturesque Dudley Pringle Dam in Tongaat for the Seeff/Tongaat Hulett Fishing Fun Day on Heritage Day! The event will run from 5.30am to 10am, with prize giving taking place at 10.30am. A R5000 cash prize is also up for grabs for the lucky fisherman who manages to catch the tagged fish of the day! The cost is R100 for shore anglers and R150 for watercraft anglers, and funds raised will go towards The North Coast Courier Orphan Fund. Entry forms are available at Hook Line and Sinker Ballito and Salt Rock. See you there!
