Reconnecting with yoga at Katmandu

"In this busy world, it is important to make time to tune in to your senses."

The rainy morning did not deter yogis who set up their mats and focused their minds with the expert guidance of yoga instructor Lauren Stanton.

Jo-Anne Rogers-White and Emeline Marrier d’Unienville.

“We partnered with the restaurant and we got many local sponsors on board to host this event.

“In this busy world, it is important to make time to tune in to your senses and we are doing just that.”

Alexandra Arbuthnot and Bronwyn Reynolds.

The ladies were also treated to a Propa Food Bar demo and smoothie, presented by owner Stephanie Wills.
