From activities fit for the whole family to those you can hit up on your own, the North Coast has it all!

Whether you find live concerts or joining a local community organisation more to your fancy is completely up to you, but rest assured that with The North Coast Courier’s What’s Up On the North Coast events diary your chances of missing an event are pretty much zero.

30 April – Chuck Bowden at The Market from 5.30-8.30pm and Sheldon de st Pern on Eat Street from 6.30-9.30pm.

1 May – Join Hirsch’s virtual entrepreneur’s workshop on ‘creating a stress-free business lifestyle’ with guest speaker and business management and people consultant, Frank Vos from 11am to midday. Register at https://bit.ly/2MbtT28.

2 May – Fundraiser beach walk for National Sea Rescue Ballito. Support 5 swimmers swimming 24km from Salmon Bay to Umhlanga on May 2nd to raise funds for the Ballito NSRI station. Walk 1 or more of the 3 stretches that Sunday. Enter on the NSRI website or The Philocaly Trail Facebook page, or contact Mike Gahagan at 083 258 9696 for information.

 – Catch Eston Lloyd live at The Market from 12.30-3.30pm or opt for an afternoon of jazz on Eat Street from 1-4pm.

7 May – iLembe Surf Riders Association golf day fundraiser at Umhlali Country Club. Four Ball entry at R500 per player/R2 000 per 4 Ball. Sponsor’s hole-in-one prize of R50 000 to be won. Live music. Contact 082 890 3909 or email ilembesurfriders@gmail.com for more information.

11 May – Blood reserve stocks are running at critical levels. Go to the Ballito Library between 10am – 6pm.
