Have some fun at the North Coast events this weekend

From activities fit for the whole family to those you can hit up on your own, the North Coast has it all!

Whether you find live concerts or joining a local community organisation more to your fancy is completely up to you, but rest assured that with The North Coast Courier’s What’s Up On the North Coast events diary your chances of missing an event are pretty much zero.

27 August – Catch pianist Noelin live at The Market from 10am to 12.30pm.

Singer and guitarist, Sheldon De St Pern will perform at Eat Street from 6.30-9.30pm.

28 August – Catch comedian, Mello Gilbert in the act at Burnedale Bistro from 5pm. Tickets priced at R250pp, and include a 3-course meal. Contact Mello at 082 951 7791 for bookings.

Cover Band, Hale Mary is set to entertain the crowd at The Market from 5.30-8.30pm.

Local singer, Chuck Bowden live at Eat Street, 6.30-9.30pm.

29 August – Tara Blake, a violinist, will perform at The Market, 10.30am to 12.30pm.

Catch Jazz band Afritude live at Eat Street from 1-4pm.

1 September – Spring Day, Umhlali & District Garden & Flower Club meeting and talk at 9.30am at the Litchi Orchard. Own refreshments. Visitors welcome at R40pp. For more information contact Pete McClean at 032 946 3935.

4 September – A fun-filled family and pooch walk in aid of Sables Creatures and Paw Prints. Distance is 5kms. Prizes for best dressed ladies and dogs. Starting at Concha Cafe, 18 Compensation Beach Road, Ballito at 7.30am. Entry is R20 per person, or a tin of cat or dog food. Entry into raffle is automatic. Contact 082 431 2473 for info.
