Vision 153 has set up a fundraiser to aid its ongoing community support initiatives which will see great prizes up for grabs.
The fundraiser will host top make-up artist, Debbie Jean and speaker, Ange Phoenix of Colorworks International.
With more than 29 years’ experience, specialising in eyebrows, Debbie will cover the do’s and don’ts of make-up while also focusing on age-appropriate make-up and how to enhance your features.

Ange, bringing some 30 years’ of global experience in image consulting, will cover the importance of image and being intentional with your colour choices.

Some of the prizes up for grabs include a 2-night stay at Coco De Mer Boutique Hotel, a brand new dishwasher and much, much more.
Vision 153, has for the past 11 years tried to bring an end to poverty on the North Coast, feeding, clothing and educating as many as they can.
The non-profit operates primarily between Groutville and Tongaat, and was started by Linda Primmer and her brother, Roy. Today, it is run by Linda’s daughter, Lesley Forrest.
Lesley says their calling is a simple one: “To love the downtrodden, the broken and the vulnerable.”
But things are not looking good for Vision 153, which needs the support of the community now more than ever.
“The situation is really tough and it is getting down to the breadline for us. Like most businesses in South Africa, lockdown has been so difficult on NPOs. There is no end to need, in fact those numbers are on the increase daily,” said Forrest.
Support the fundraiser at Linc Campus, Foxhill, Salt Rock on October 16, from 9am.
Tickets at R180 per adult, R120 per teen and raffle tickets at R50. Book now at lesley@vision153.co.za or 082 550 2182.
