Don’t forget to diarise these North Coast events

From activities fit for the whole family to those you can hit up on your own, the North Coast has it all!

Whether you find live concerts or joining a local community organisation more to your fancy is completely up to you, but rest assured that with The North Coast Courier’s What’s Up On the North Coast events diary your chances of missing an event are pretty much zero.

22 October – Enjoy some piano by Noelin at The Market, 10am to 12.30pm.

Cover band, Hale Mary, will perform at Eat Street, 5.30-8.30pm.

23 October – Tara Blake on violin at The Market, 10am to midday.

24 October – Enjoy some piano with Calli Thomspon at The Market, 10.30am to 12.30pm.

Catch Afritude live at Eat Street, 1-4pm.

27 October – The Wednesday Club will hold its monthly meeting from 9am at the Ballito Library. For info, contact: 082 729 8693.

30 October – Tugela Mouth Market, arts crafts and fresh produce from 9am to 1pm. First beach car park. Contact 079 881 2405.

Pastors, ministers and spiritual leaders are invited to a ‘time of encouragement’ with Angus Buchan. Saturday, from 9am at WnL AFM Light & Life Ballito. Contact 083 253 5100.

29-31 October – Sables Creatures 4th annual Maze of Horrors fundraiser – for those aged 8 and up – at Umhlali Country Club. Food, craft gin, drinks, games, best dressed. Oct 29, 5-9pm | Oct 30, 12-9pm | Oct 31, 10am to 5pm. Contact: 083 997 4667.

30-31 October – The Spootacular 4 fundraiser is a family event that will scare your socks off at Umhlali Country Club also in aid of Sables Creatures. R10 per game. Treasure hunt, jumping castle, treats and popcorn and so much more. Oct 30, midday to 9pm | Oct 31, 10am to 5pm. All ages.

3 November – Umhlali & District Garden & Flower Club monthly meeting at 9.30am, in Lara Bellamy’s garden in Compensation. Visitors welcome at R40 per person. Please take own chairs. Contact 032 946 3935 | 032 940 5255.

6 November – Ballito Neighbourhood Watch potjie competition at Townsend Park, starting at 10am. Info at 084 632 6694.
