Thought-provoking exhibition comes to The Gallery in Ballito
"Untethered" is a collaboration of expressive, thought-provoking artworks featuring some of the most talented artists in the province.
To live life without restrictions is the message artists aim to tell through their work on display at The Gallery at the Ballito Lifestyle Centre – in both 2D and 3D.
Untethered: Abstract Art is the theme of the latest exhibition.
Curator and coordinator at The Gallery, Jane Digby, said she was inspired by the idea of being ‘untethered’ once she picked up and read Michael Singer’s The Untethered Soul.
“I wanted artists to showcase what it means to be untethered,” she said, explaining that to her it meant being liberated and free.
Untethered is a collaboration of expressive, thought-provoking artworks featuring some of the most talented artists in the province.
“The exhibition is sure to entertain, intrigue and entice, creating conversation and inspiration,” said Digby.
The exhibition will run until May 2.
