Help your child make a fluffy pom-pom

Even if you're a crafting newbie, we'll show you how to make fluffy pom poms with cardboard, which will give your pom-poms a great shape.

Homemade pom-poms are a simple and inexpensive hobby that kids will enjoy making. You may construct a garland out of them, a summertime wreath, or a simple pom-pom like we did. With our step-by-step instructions, you can learn how to make this simple craft in just 20 minutes.

What you need

  • A piece of cardboard 
  • Some coloured wool 
  • Circular items to trace (small glass, lids, etc.)
  • Pen
  • Sharp scissors
