3 August – First Thursdays at The Studios, with a performance by Afritude from 5.30-8.30pm.

4 August – The Black Lapels perform at Eat Street from 6-9pm.

The Kickstands perform at Eat Street from 6-9pm.

13 August – The Harare Phoenix Choir performs at All Souls Anglican Church, Salt Rock from 3pm. Tickets at R100 per person, available at the church. For more info, contact 032 525 4529.

24 August – Miss Ballito cocktail event at the Pumpkin Theatre, La Montagne Hotel from 5.30pm. Meet the eight finalists. Tickets priced at R250, includes snacks. Dress code is ‘Cocktail’. Contact missballito.rotaryzimbali@gmail.com.

27 August – The Vintage Barn at Collisheen Estate hosts a spring car boot sale, 8.30am to 12.30pm. Sellers welcome at R120 per boot. For more info, call 032 004 0083.
