7 year old girl steals iPhone

While having lunch with her grandmother, a 17-year-old girl's iPhone was stolen by what is presumed to be a seven-year-old girl. The girl seems to have been directed to steal the phone by the older woman that are sitting with her at the table in a restaurant in Norwood.
