Police minister Nathi Nhleko wants to know who approved Nkandla houses

Not only is the public left with unanswered questions but also police minister. Government still needed to investigate who authorised the construction of 21 houses for security personnel of President Jacob Zuma's Nkandla homestead which remain unused to this day.
