WATCH: Flash mob confuses motorists

Gotta love South Africa these petrol attendants who took to the 'garage' floor and left motorists speechless.

MOTORISTS who drove to get petrol on Monday got the shock of their lives when the ‘workers’ of the busy garage got down to Sipho Hotsticks Mabuse’s, Burnout. Yes, they began dancing in a flash mob fashion.

As is the norm, many whipped out the cell phones while others just looked on in fascination. Engen’s Group Communications Manager, Gavin Smith told the Northglen News this morning that the incident took place at a garage in Cape Town.

A flash mob according to Wikipedia is a group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place, perform an unusual and seemingly pointless act for a brief time, then quickly disperse, often for the purposes of entertainment, satire, and artistic expression.

Two years ago a 200-strong ensemble of Durban choristers delighted shoppers at Gateway in uMhlanga with a flash mob performance to mark the passing of former president Nelson Mandela.
