Car smashes into house on Danville Avenue

The husband and wife were travelling down Danville Avenue when the crash occurred.

TWO people have been injured following a serious collision on Danville Avenue on Sunday evening. It’s believed the driver, a man in his 40s hit another car before veering off the road into one of the homes. Kyle van Reenen, of Marshall Security, said the husband and wife were lucky to escape serious injury.

“The couple were driving down Danville Avenue and rear-ended another vehicle causing the car to smash through a wall of one of the homes before smashing into the house. Police are on scene at the moment and are investigating the cause of the accident,” he said.
