WATCH: Golden Hours learner meets his idol, Keagan Dolly

The Northglen News team has fallen in love with the reaction of this young boy meeting his idol - Keagan Dolly.

WHEN 11-year-old Trelan Diaz recently met his idol, Keagan Dolly, the Golden Hours Special Needs learner’s reaction was absolutely priceless.

Not even the Montpellier and Bafana Bafana midfielder himself could have predicted this young boy’s excitement.

Trelan who suffers from, Williams Syndrome with a congenital heart condition, was accompanied by his mother Lee Diaz to meet Dolly yesterday.

His proud mum told the Northglen News that meeting the soccer legend had been a dream of her son’s ever since he knew about the sport and saw Dolly playing.

About her son, an emotional Diaz said: “The experience, from him flying for the first time to the overwhelming emotions felt when he saw him was, and will always be inexplicable.”

The meeting was arranged by the Reach for a Dream Foundation that fulfills the dreams of children between the ages of three and 18 faced with a life-threatening illness.
