Campus Square Cell C robbed

Campus Square Cell C staff were left distraught after they were hit by an armed robbery at 11:20am on 22 July.

Colonel Michelle Jones from Brixton police station confirmed that an armed robbery did take place.

“Five armed robbers entered the store and demanded that the stuff put their cell phones in a bag,” she said.

She also added that the five men fled the scene with the cell phones and an unidentified vehicle.

There were no injuries reported.

Investigations are still underway and more details to follow.
