Brixton: Where the appetite for knowledge and great food is answered
Two organisations hosted Debates and Da Beats for thought-provoking conversation, great food and music.
The inaugural Debates and Da Beats event took over Kingston Frost Park in Brixton and brought with it both thought-provoking conversation and the exposure of local musical talents.

This event, organised by Campaign for Free Expression and the Brixton Community Forum, had people step out into their vibrant suburb to listen to a debate that explored the question, How free should speech be? Among the day’s many great features was the inclusion of stalls that saw the culinary talents of community members shine with every bite and spoonful.
