Our hopes for 2026 are to continue fostering this amazing culture of excellence and participation. We envision a year of deepening our community bonds, branching out with new innovations, and continuing to embed creativity, critical thinking, and compassion into the fabric of our school – values we saw in everything from the Eisteddfod to our mini-council charity drives.

To achieve this, our focus remains on enhancing the individual learning journey for every child. We will continue to find new ways to challenge, support, and inspire our learners, ensuring Orban is a place where every child feels empowered to try something new, whether it’s on the stage, the sports field, or in the classroom.

As a leadership team, we are personally committed to nurturing this spirit of collaboration and connection, which made events like the Padel Tournament and Wax Museum so successful.

For our brand-new Grade 1s of 2026, we hold a special hope: That they experience the same sense of wonder, belonging, and adventure that our Grade 7s reflected on when they opened their time capsules.

We hope they find the joy of new friendships, and discover that they are capable of amazing things. We look forward to partnering with you all to make 2026 an exceptional year for everyone at Orban School.
