Traffic problems

Traffic has drastically increased along West Park Road in Montgomery Park recently.

Most of the congestion is caused at the Beyers Naudé and West Park intersection. The main root of the matter, I believe, are the reckless motorists who cut through the [back] roads and try to skip the traffic queue by rejoining the traffic just before the intersection.

It simply causes unnecessary traffic. If you are late, you should just make the effort to leave earlier and not cause problems for other motorists.

I think the local councillor should be looking into such problems, and make contact with [Metro police], so fines can be issued to traffic offenders. It is the only way that I see this problem ending.
