Stepping Out Dance Academy – Dancing their way to New Zealand

VRYHEID students from Stepping Out Dance Academy and Tasha’s Dance Academy achieved great results at SADI and got scouted for a New Zealand Tour!

The yearly competition at South African Dance Institute (SADI) has started off with lots of excitement over the past weekend.
Students have worked very hard and put in a lot of effort to achieve the following results:
Stepping Out Dance Academy:

Modern Jazz Groups:

• Great Ball’s the Fire: A and Special Award
• Robots: B +

Modern Jazz Solos: 

• Geoanie Schwartz got her Federation Colours in Modern Jazz.
• Megan de Beer: A for Hip hop and Special Award
• Leah Vonkeman: B+ and Special Award.

Tasha’s Dance Academy:

• Kamilla Haasbroek got her Federation Colours in Modern Jazz and a Special Award for her Straight Solo.

Last, but not least, Kamilla Haasbroek from Tasha’s Dance Academy and Megan de Beer from Stepping Out Dance academy were invited to join the Neverland’s Global Experience Tour in 2015 in New Zealand, where they will be dancing and attending workshops at the Neverland’s Studio in New Zealand.

We are so excited for them!
