Sentraal continue winning streak

The local team is now top of the log and on Friday evening play Newcastle under floodlights at the Dundee High School grounds from 7pm.

Sentraal, sponsored by TShirts4Afrika, faced their stiffest test to date on Saturday but came through the fire to continue their winning streak when they downed Ladysmith United 24-12.
With the teams tied 12-12 at half time, the Sentraal brains trust knew they were in for a rough ride. But the players response was magnified with tries by Charles Dube and Pierre Booysen. Speedster, Charles, scored a brace in the game with Pierre’s brother, Henk, also scoring in the first half.
Ladysmith United scored two tries and one conversion for their 12 points.
