Drakensberg Comprehensive High School celebrated the hard work of their learners, teachers, admin and the entire community by awarding Certificates of Excellence to learners who scored an average of above 50 percent in the June common examinations.

The awards ceremony was held on Friday, July 31. Competition was tough and only the top five were selected from each class, in some cases where there was a tie, the school would compare the learners’ marks in mathematics.

This will be a quarterly event to encourage our learners to work hard. The Principal Mr TTA Mlambo would like to urge all parents and guardians to be actively involved in their children’s school work and assist especially with homework.
